What does fear of water have to do with rabies?

Rabie is known as hydro-phobia,because person suffering from this gets choking feeling in the chest and have difficulty in even taking liquids,as a results he starts fearing from water ,therefoe it is called hydro-phobia.hydro-phobia is called fear of water

Rabies is not hydro-phobia. Hydrophobia is fear of water, not rabies. But if a person have rabies, he will surely fear water. I think rabies is associated with hydro-phobia in that way but not know for that.

Rabies have to do with fear of water,not vice versa.
