I drink Celestial Seasonings Authentic now but I want to drink the one with the most EGCg and polyphenols. I can't find this info.

The best green tea that I have found comes from China, its called China Green Tea and you can buy it at health food stores or online. After all they have been making it for 2000 years they should have it right by now.

I don;t buy a specific brand.

I usually order gunpowder green tea, and the same amout of oolong; and blend the two teas together.

I like this blend with just a hint of honey.
