I don't know how use the information will actually be to you but its worth reading anyway. They talk about how dehydration is actually the catalyst for a whole host of ailments including arthritis, asthma, depression, constipation, colitis, high blood pressure, kidney disease etc.etc.etc. Their remedy is simply to chase each glass of water up with a pinch of sea salt left to dissolve on the tongue, apparently has something to do with the electrolytes level in the body and the cells knowing when to detox. Works for me anyway, had a huge impact with my digestive troubles that I've suffered with for more years than I care to remember and also clears all the mind fog....... :0)
