I am answering only to remind you there are books and videos available.
If you cannot find a Tai Chi teacher; I can HIGHLY recommend the book "The Way Of Energy" by Master Lam Kam Chuen. In this book he teaches Ba Duan Jin, and Zhan Zhuang forms of Qigong. He also has one or two book on Tai Chi.
