There are so many colon cleansers. If this is your first time, no matter which one you take, you're going to be revisiting your bathroom alot, so stack up on the books! Just go to your local vitamin shop or natural store and start looking around. Some brands are very expensive just because of the name brand, so just look for the one that best suits your needs.
