Depending on dosages, but I'm going to have to vote for ketamine on this one. It can do some of these lovely things-

While low doses of Ketamine can increase heart-rate, at higher doses it depresses consciousness and breathing and is extremely dangerous to combine with downers like alcohol, Valium or GHB.

Ketamine can cause a tremendous psychological dependence. The dissociation from one's consciousness experienced with ketamine can be highly seductive to some people, and there are many cases of ketamine addiction.

Ecstasy, caused brain damage in lab rats but at extremely high dosages, way more than what a person would after equaling it out to the average dose of a human, and there has yet to be a doctor or scientist to prove that it caused brain damage in anything outside of labrats, and that was at a near lethal dosage anyways.

Frequent use can cause disruptions in consciousness and lead to neuroses or other mental disorders.

Ketamine does have a higher chance of complications from using, but ecstacy causes brain damage. I'd take the 100 to 1 chance of dying then know that every tab of ecstacy I take kills so many brain cells.
