as far as i know there is nothing more addicting then nicotine, they say that nicotine is far more addictave then drugs, and alot harder to quit, sorry dont help much

Nothing!!!!! I used alot of drugs in my youth, and all were easy to stop, except nicotine. Still hooked, tried every way I know of, and after 40 plus years of smoking, I'm still (unfortunately ) hooked. JUST DON'T START. Nasty habit, and then it becomes a part of your life. Nothing good about it. Any more suggestions on how to quit????? Cold turkey, accupressure, accupuncture, patches, gum, hypnosis, for me were worthless.

Try drinking just 4 cups a day of coffee, then see what happens when you try to stop.................. YIKES !!

There is only one other chemical that is addicting or even more addicting than nicotine - it's alcohol - beer, brandy, scotch, gin, whiskey, bourbon, rhum, marguerita, zombie - yes all that are there in the bars. Alcohol is more addicting because it can give you a high that is much much better than nicotine does. It can change your mood, it can make or sadly break you. Nicotine addiction became sensationalized because of the other worse effects of tobacco which is lung cancer. This is where that media blitz came into being and made smoking very popular - to the point that it became tempting to try it. However alcoholic drink addiction is more subtle - sort of unnoticed because you just drink a few shots in the early stages of your drinking career, and alter on you seem not to notice it but you are already consuming the liquor by the barrels! Cheers!
