2. Apply little coconut oil on your soles before going to bed.

Lots of excersize will take away insomnia. Do something that relaxes you before you go to bed.
try reading in bed.. pick a really really boring book... also if i can't drift off try saying the one letter of the alphabet with each breath, and then if you make it to the end say it backwards.. that always works for me.
