Answer:Then you need to check your state's licensing laws. Typically, I think it would be earning an MD or DO degree, then do your internship and residency in a pediatric program. Others may know better, though - I'm not a medical professional.
You have to complete Med School which is an 8 year minimum program and then you specialize in Pediatrics, which can take anothe 3-4 years.
4 yrs of college w/ an undergraduate degree in science or biology.4 yrs of medical school and 2 yrs of a peds internship and 4 yrs of a peds residency.
