What one food can you live on for the rest of you life
What a complete show of ignorance and sheepishness...
Listen, people; Food has much more in it than just the macro nutrients listed by the FDA... Not only have we NOT discovered all of the nutrients yet, but we fail to grasp the idea of existence itself. Don't rely on simple, mundane science.
Many people have lived on just one food for several years, but don't be fooled into thinking that a full grown man survive on just goat's or cow's milk for his entire life. Not only is it NOT designed for our species, but it's usually tainted with such things as neuro toxins. A human should be able to survive soully on Human's breast milk. There may be some monkey breeds that closely resemble us that have suitable milk as well.
That's it.
Otherwise, we require a gentle variation to have a balanced diet.
There are many different diets that would allow a person to live for a very, very long time that don't require effort or a lot of money. Here are some examples:
1: Bananas + Wholegrain cereals.
2: Grapes/bananas + ...well, a lot of things.
3: Almonds + Spinach.
4: Spinach + Any other living plant food. (Yes, really...)
5: Whole, raw soy beans + Raw Cacao fruit
6: Scaled cold water fish + Leaves from random trees
... Do you see where I'm going with this?
Another myth to debunk: "B12!! Thar r no B12 in la plant!"
Actually, there are trace amounts of B12 found in almost all fresh produce; Just enough for the healthy and clean human body. Why is this? B12 is NOT vitamin C... The body indefinitely recycles the labeled B12 nutrient, and, unless it is malfunctioning or heavily toxified, needs no flood of B12 coming in every waking hour.
