Milk has Protein, Calcium (which your body doesn't absorb much of because the protein slows the calcium absorption down), and added vitamin A and D, portassium, B12, Niacin, sodium, and Ribofavin plus fats. But thats pretty much it!
There is a wide range of vitamins and minerals that your body need that is totally left out form milk including vitamin C and Vitamin E which are so important to keeping your body healthy, vitamin K, folic acid, beta caroteen, Thiamine, iron, and more.
The doctors say it, the cereal commercials say it, but really the key to a healthy body starts with eating a well balanced diet.
Bee pollen and /or bee royal jelly. They are complete foods, providing proteins, all natural B vitamins and complex carbohydrates. Plus bee pollen has vitamins C and E. They both have trace minerals.

That may work for the spiritual teacher, but for the rest of us, it wouldn't be a good idea. Milk doesn't contain all the vitamins, minerals, protein, oils and fiber we need.
