I just think of your poor kidneys working hard to expel those toxins and then you go and put them all right back in.

i do not think so, it is removed by our kidney's which is organised by God. why should drink and make the work heavier to your kidneys... it is have to be disguised

Indian systems of medicine believe in own urine drinking as practised by some yogis/sadhus/saints. Ex PM of India was addicted and huge % practise it. Hindus Consume cow urine as sacred liquid and use cow dung as pious substance.

Muslims wash genitals after each urination and take bath if it falls on the body.
