Well if your looking for a relaxing massage then Swedish or Hot Stones are good because it is very gentle and works the toxins out of the body. If you want something structural then deep tissue is good for loosening up the muscles in the body. If you want something spiritual then Raiki is good. There are a lot more modalities than these but these are probably the best out of all of them.
