this is especially good to take while taking antibiotics.

If you want a really good probiotic blend, look for a product called Biobeads - it is an acidophilus complex from a company called Natrol. My daughter has been taking it with very good results - she has Celiac and has had some intestinal damage.

It is not expensive either. I will have to investigate where I got it online but it was about $10 for a one month supply
