Drink loads of apple and/or pear juice and eat lots of apples and pears. They contain a chemical that helps break down the stone.

There are herbs you can take. With Nature's Sunshine, you take the Gall Bladder Formula, Cascara Sagrada, Hi Lipase, Lecithin. My brother in law is doing this along with Natural Calm, which is a magnesium product. If you get it, be sure to mix the powder with hot water to activate it or it won't do you any good. I mix it with a little hot water and then add cold juice to it. The lemon is okay. The plain is terrible!

Drinking warm water with some fresh lemon juice added will help, too.

My BIL hasn't had any pain since a week after he started this program, and he was in terrible pain for months before he started it.

i dont think there is a natural way, I had mine taken out about 4 years ago and it was a minor surgery i went home the same day and was over it in a few days.... you can eat a bland diet and this will help with the pain, i ate soup alot

You can try chinese medicine.

If there is a chinese medical shop near you, just tell them your condition and they know what to gives you.

Normally these are small little pills which you eat that will help to break down the stones to be passed out.

But nonetheless, this might not be a permenant solution for some individuals. In the end, laser is still the best treatment.
