The best advice I can give you in regards to this would be to make sure that you are well rested because often one is much quicker to have anxiety when over tired.

Meditation has been proven to help the body adjust to stress and deal with it in a more effective manner.......using guided meditation like Holosync makes learning meditation easy and proves results within a short period of time.

Believe it or not, what you eat definitely affects your nervous system so you may want to review your diet, ensuring that you are high in fresh/whole foods and limiting sugar, caffienne, processed foods and chemicals added to food.

Another thing you could do is write out the things that bring you to this state, then work on yourself, figure out why it is you are so emotionally charged by these things in your life.

A great book that may help you is The Four Agreements. It's a very simple read and helps us to realize that we needed worry about things other people do so much, rather, just be true to yourself and do your best always.

Hope this helps you some.

There are more than 300 medicine for anxiety .You have to consult a homoeopathic doctor for selecting the the best medicine suitable for you (if you are the patient) Lot of features ,symptoms of the patient and cause for the anxiety has to taken in to consideration for selecting a suitable medicine.
you definatly need to talk to someone and get your own personalized plan, depending on severity of it. i'm still going through it and have come along way this past 6 mos. magnesium, adrenal supplements (get from an endocrinologist) has saved me...no more panic attacks now, and aconite helps me with anxiety....but NOT EVERYONE! go to the health food store...look for Calms and ask for more products like that. its all about trial and error. Good Luck!
I agree with Hammy on the tai chi and yoga, they really help you focus on your inner self, not the outside world that is causing you so much stress.Yoga will also teach you some basic breathing techniques that you cans incorportate into your day when you feel anxious. Also, surround yourself at home with relaxing things, such as little table fountains, incense or candles in relaxing scents such as lavender and sandalwood. take long hot relaxing baths with epsom or dead sea salt, spritz your pillow before you go to sleep with a relaxing pillow/linen spray (Bath and Body works has some great ones, such as ylang-rose pillow spray) or drink a soothing cup of caffiene-free chamomile tea before bed. Also, take some time out of the day for YOU, whether it be quiet time meditating in your room, or going to get a massage once a week or so (trust me it works! you need to address both mentally AND physically).Decorate your house (or at least your bedroom) in relaxing colors, such as earthy tones (avoid colors like bright yellow or orange, they are considered high-anxiety colors). Make your home your sactuary, even a small part of it. Have plants and such, getting in touch with the natural world is key. Let your home be a place where you can escape your stress and anxiety. This is important because people dont realize what anxiety can do to you physically. It can cause skin breakouts, restlessness,sleeplessness,hig... blood pressure, heart palpatations (even attacks!) and an overall feeling of unhappiness. I hope you grasp this advice that we are all giving you and please please email me with questions and to let me know how it goes! Good luck
