I am a new contact user and am looking for the best brand for comfort as well as ease of use. My Dr. wants me to try Toric lenses first, but I have been reading a lot of good things about Acuvue. Thanks!

Toric lenses are by far best. I've tried several, and I highly recommend Vertex lenses. Ask your eye doctor for a few samples of different brands to see which fit your eyes most comfortably.

Acuvue by Johnson & Johnson just came out with one. I have been using them for about a year. Although nothing will work 100% they were much better than my regular lenses.

I've been using toric lenses for approx. 11 years with absolutely no discomfort or problems.It is a little pricey but well worth the shot. I think Acuvue more helps with dry eyes to ease that kind of discomfort.
