-Reason: Though this one's a no brainer, most people never really THINK of it. They're too busy with their searches for the magic bullet. These are magic bullets... and you should be the magic gun! My personal favorites are rumored "negative calorie" foods. Though they don't have a negative calorie count, which defies medical logic, they are very low in calorie count and your body is most likely going to gain such a small amount of net energy that it's stupidly good to dose up on'm. A simple list are things like apples, carrots, leafy-greens (spinach etc), lettuce, etc. Raw potatos are rumored to have a 'negative calorie' effect, and in my personal opinion, they don't taste so bad at all. Much like an apple when raw, potatos eaten hole and uncooked have a very earthy and nurturing taste. Try out out! Remember: If you're chewing it for more than 25 seconds each bite and it's a vegetable or firm fruit, it's probably good for weight loss and nurishment. One more mention; Oranges and orange peels. Buy yourself some fresh, cool oranges with decent looking peels, and eat both the peel and fruit meat (excluding the step pieces at each pole of the fruit). Orange oil is notoriously effective at aiding the body in digestion, detoxification, and DEAD-WEIGHT loss. I've been eating 2-3 organic oranges a day for years, and I'll never gain another pound of bad fat again. : P
