1: Small, diluted doses of Apple Cider Vinegar and/or freshed squeezed lemon juice, lime juice, or grapefruit juice.

-Reason: There's a lot of chemical explanation for this, but almost everyone agrees that it WORKS. Whether you use ACV, lemons, limes, grapefruits, or other powerful 'acidic' juices, you're doing the right thing. Not only will they rid you of many different types of extra weight, but you'll be dropping your bad cholesterol count at the same time. ACV is renowned for its ability to low cholesterol better than any of those odd little drugs on the market. I know this from personal experience and word of mouth. Make sure that you're buying organic lemons, limes, and grapefruits, and that the ACV is unfiltered, unheated, and organic. It's also important that the ACV has the "crud" at the bottom. (Also called 'Mother'. A swig of ACV with the 'mother' is about like taking a liquid multivitamin!)

2: Healthy fats!

-Reason: Yes, they carry calories... but unless you make a feast of it, you won't store these fats as energy until your body has detoxed a considerable amount. I mentioned these in the previous section, too. I use coconut oil for brain chemical balancing, extra QUICK sugar-like energy (without any of the negatives sugar carries with it), acid-carrying effects, etc. Fish oil I've heard is just as effective, as are moderate doses of pure, organic olive oil. Please do make sure that anything you buy listed above is organic and pure, unaltered, etc. Not as hard to find as one might imagine!
