-New hobbies and activities, sky watching, hikes, etc will not just cause a sapping of fat energy. Avoid breathing through tailpipes and you'll be no worse off than you were previously.])

That was for stress relief. There are even more things you can do, but they're obvious and need not be listed. (Yoga, meditation, hot baths with epsom and sea salts, aroma therapy (REALLY works), etc.)
