My recommendations for (probably cheaper) replacements:

For stress relief:

-Fish oils, coconut oil, and olive oil (etc) ((Organic/unaltered). (Works for many, as it's a missing key-hill to many peoples' brain chemistry. Also, it's cheap as heck! If you want, you can take an even better step and eat a can of cold water fish (Pink Salmon;etc), which ups whole-protein intake and usually provides a good deal of calcium to aid your body's elimination of acidic waste. Fresh caught is manditory; However, no more expensive. Coconut oil is what I use. I have a very clean and obsessively healthy diet, but I don't miss getting a spoonful of coconut oil in the morning. If you didn't know, coconut milk, oil, and the fruit in general matches our body's nutrient ratios almost exactly. Other than bananas and certain berries, I'd go as far to say that the coconut is one of the most useful fruits a human being can consume. Coconut milk is, in fact, so close to being identical in chemical composition to the Human's mother's milk that you can't go wrong by drinking it.)

-St. John's Wort and herbal teas (In capsule form, emptied into tea bags / coffee filters as tea, etc. I find that an herbal concoction claiming 'stress relieving benefits' (Such as what you might find sold by reputable no-additive companies like 'Yogitea'. (free samples on site!)) with a hint of St. John's Wort (of your own) mixed in calms and adds vital nutrients necessary for a chemical peak-in-performance. Also, I do believe this may be one of the unmentioned or side ingredients (unmentioned?) in stress lifting weight loss supplements. Unfortunately, the amount found in these pills and supplements is very low, usually burned and/or over processed, and is very difficult to absorb. Most multi-companies sell some form of St. John's Wort, including the ever-so-cheap NOW brand. Any of them work just fine, though.)
