People bash what they do not understand...bless their hearts. :) I used to be uneducated about it too and said the same things. I used to think a doctor was the only way to go to... That was before two doctors almost killed me with their GUESSES of what was WRONG!! But when you are faced with health issues that doctors can't figure out because they are only taught to FIX SYMPTOMS with drugs and NOT FIX the actual problem...you start to learn for yourself and heal yourself...

The things you 'take' for a liver cleanse are harmless again...a clear indication that some posters above don't have a clue about what they are talking about.

There is a FABULOUS liver flush forum on www.curezone.com...at the top of the forum, there is a recipe link with a bunch of types of flushes you can do. I prefer the Coke flush...cause I am a wimp. Another great site to learn about it..is www.sensiblehealth.com...lots to read but it's interesting.

Yikes, why? This could cause potential irreparable damage to the kidneys if you should take some yahoo's advice. Drink 4 to 5 glasses of water a day at intervals for two weeks, no alcohol, no illegal drugs, and you should be in better shape if you have been over indulging.

agreed with the person above me, lots of water. the liver functions by cleaning toxins out of the blood. so by eliminating as many of them as possible, over time your liver should become healthier. just remember, overtime liver damage is irreversible. which is why severe alcoholics die from liver failure.
