In Pharmacology a capsuale is a gelatinous case enclosing a dose of medicine. This means is is a little case made of something simular to gelatin that holds medication in a powdered or sometimes liquid state in the form of a pill so it is easier to swallow. The gelatinous case disolves in the digestive system and the medication is released into the body. Capsuales are created with different thickness and properties depending on the end use and the pre-determined time release.
Another capsule you might be talking about are the capsules at days spas, which are either most commonly jet capsules or thermal capsuals. These are some inclosed areas where one either sits or lyes down, depending on the design and each have spesific purposes. Jet and Thermal caspules are meant to refresh and revigor.
And another capsule in health, is scar tissue that forms around a breast implants.
