Most addictive? There are so many, but the often prescribed ( for short period) tranquilizers like Valium, Xanax are pretty addictive.

Opiate Anelgesics: oxy contin, oxy codone, diudrine,percocet these are all basically morphine or pharmacuetical heroin as it were.
