I read how Luther Burbank loved even plants and felt their expression of emotions... Someone has suggested in as though lesser lives can be tested but not advanced (emotion expressing) ones like dogs and cats... That's why I recalled Burbank.. Even the baby in the womb is said to have subtle emotions...

So it is all just arguments as to which life we can meddle with for our study / utility... it is a necessary evil for the ordinary man, a cruelty for the sensitive among us, the dichotomy will rule for all time..!

In my opinion many officials in many of the drug manufacturing companies should be used in drug developement. They lie about the testing that they do and they hide dangerous side effects. If they were the crash test dummies for the drugs then many harmful drugs would never get to market.
