Want to know effects of Kapal-Bhati and sneezing - whether they are similarly beneficial? Chart of comparision would be appreciated
Answer:No kapal-bhati you do when you want to do, sneezing come any time, you nose breath dust in air which is no good or sensitive to you nose than you sneeze
people run around evry day and do not loose weigh. but they may join a gym in the morning work for 30 mins and hey presto..loss of weight!!
though u were getting bodily tired in the first case that is not = to weight loss and cannot be called exercising.
this is the diffrence between sneezing and kapaal bharti. kapaal bharti has to be done on an empty stomach, in the morning. it brings frsh air/oxygen to all body cells ,clears blockages and helps u to loose weight . excessive sneezing btw can lead to muscle pull etc.
