Over the counter meds for hot flashes
Hormone replacement is great. I had a naturopath in the office I used to work for do that for women who are pre-menopausal and menopausal. All of the patients loved it. They all said it helped them so much. There are some hormones that you can take that are over the counter meds but I would recommend going to a naturopath so she can help you. She'll want to do blood work probably every six months so she can make sure your levels are staying right. Good Luck!
I do not know of any over the counter meds for hot flashes, but my mom sleeps with this special pillow at night to reduce the night sweats and it is called "Chillow" do an online search and you can find it! I have even uised a few times when I was pregnant and it is awesome.
