Answer:No sir, won't be bad at all for your liver and kidneys cos the B complex vitamins are water soluble. This simply means that any excess not required by the body will be excreted in your urine. The seemingly high levels of each B vitamin in the type you have bought would simply mean that it is aimed at maintaining high energy levels, ie:- for sportsmen.
A water soluble vitamin also means that the body cannot produce it or store it and therefore it must be replaced daily.

100 mg. B Complex is actually taken twice daily for people struggling with depression, so this is not a high dosing.
You could actually take 2 with breakfast & 2 with lunch, if you need the extra energy or to ward off depression.
Note that your urine will turn Mountain Dew colored, but don't freak; as this is normal with b vitamins!
I have been taking a B50 complex for years without any noticeable ill effects. I break the tablets in half and take 1/2 in the am and 1/2 in the pm. The riboflavin part does make my urine fluorescent yellow.
