Answer:

There is catnip, chamomile, and Rosemary tea.

Then there is valerian root.

Scope out the Wikipedia page on sedatives (see sources). Check under Herbal Sedatives. I haven't used any of these myself, but I hear Valerian works very well.
I like Chamomile. I use the loose leaf tea. It also comes in differing herbal blends which aid in sleep and relaxation.
Tea in general is good, especially chamomile. Valerian is good as well, but some people find that it makes them very sleepy very quickly. Lavender works best for me, either in tea or as an essential oil.
Hi,

Have you ever heard of Goji Juice? It is said that constant consumption of goji brings a cheerful attitude. In Asia, it is rightfully known as the 鈥渉appy berry鈥?

MUSIC. Music directly affects the nervous system. Chanting monks are the best, Enya, anything you find very relaxing...
Sit in a comfortable chair, stretch your feet out if you can on a stool or something, make yourself really comfortable. If you like you can put on some relaxing music, anything from some cassical to something like Enya. Something gentle, even just the sound of the birds in the trees, or a waterfall, or the sea. Imagine you are somewhere really nice, close your eyes and visualise that place. Breath in deeply and slowly through your nose and out through your mouth. Almost smell the place where you are. If you practise this several times you should find it will help. There are many relaxation tapes on the market. Try the teas too, they can help.
