Hi, my friend used Ephradrine to lose weight about 3 years ago. She started taking one tablet every time she exercised, but your body gets used to it and you have to start taking more and more just to get the same effect as before. At one point, she had to take 7 of them just to walk 20 minutes home (seriously dangerous)

Can cause high blood pressure. Ephedra, I thought, was banned in the United States after several people tried to get high on it and died from heart failure.
