My spelling was wrong Ephradrine is the one any one know anything about it
You mean Ephedrine. It is a stimulant, very similar in composition to amphetamines but it is NOT amphetamine. The effects are similar but nowhere near as vicious. Apart from its stimulating effect it is also good for clearing your airways such as in case of asthma, nasal congestion, flu and colds etc. It can be used to treat sleeping disorders such as narcolepsy. Those people who don't need it shouldn't really use it, it can have side effects and some people with heart conditions should never take it. To make sure your body doesn't get used to it, it is recommended to take some treatment breaks from it. It is not an addictive substance, although some resistance can be built up if taken all the time. Some people use it for weight loss, although I wouldn't really recommend it because in order to achieve weight loss, you would need to take a bit more than recommended (that's one of the reasons why you may develop resistance towards it). For me it's great, as it keeps me awake, although I only take it in small quantities and I would never dream of taking 7 tablets in one day as another person here was saying about a friend. That is substance abuse! Of course, substance abuse can happen when somebody is taking too many paracetamols too often.
It is technically an asthma medication that is sold over the counter at most gas stations. If you take it without have asthma, your heart races and you feel like you have energy. My boyfriend had me taking it before workouts about 10 years ago, I guess I don't really remember it helping enough to make it worth taking.
