As i have many health problems and i am on various medication, my got up and go has got up and gone!

Does anyone have any natural remidies that might help.

I have been to the doctors, but they were not helpful.

I would recommend physical exercize like Pillates, Qigong, Tai Chi, or Yoga.

These will help get you back to mormal.

try this smoothie; 1 apple, 1 orange, 2 carrots (sounds gross but you only really taste the orange juice). also, every morning before you eat or drink anything have half a lemon squeezed into a small glass of warm water. been working for me for years. good luck

I find Co enzyme Q10 in soft gel form to give the most energy when the body is depleted. One capsule three times daily will have you energized within a week.
