I don like to take pills if i dont know what ther for abd my dc is hard to understind.

Ultram (with a U) or Tramidol is a form of morphine, which is for pain relief. It is a very STRONG pain pill, though, so you will need to be careful when taking them at first, esp. since you say you aren't used to taking pills usually. See how you react to them, esp. before driving or operating dangerous things if you work around machinery or such.

Side effects may be things like drowsiness, dizziness, headache, and nausea.

If you are still unsure why you DR. gave you these pills, call him back and ask. Do not EVER take pills that you are unsure of. Again, this pill is for moderate-severe pain and if you are not having pain, do not take it, and call your Dr. back.
