and dont go to the ER. 1) theyll charge you like $2000 and 2) ERs are over crowded because people go there for non emergencies, i really wish they would kick people out who do that

Oatmeal is nonsense!!!! It is good nutrition but it can only raise your blood pressure! For the following reasons:
High blood pressure, in the majority of Americans, is caused by a hardening of the arteries. It usually comes together with high cholesterol but it is not its cause, just another symptom of something called "hyperinsulinemia", which is a medical condition studied seriously only in the last 15 years, many doctors are not familiar with it. I am a fitness trainer and studied it together with an MD who specialized in Preventive Medicine.
It is possible to reverse it if you severely cut back on simple carbohydrates and sugars.
If you don't, you are in serious danger of contracting diabetes type II later in life.
1)Exercise daily, for a minimum of 30 to 40 min, start with 10 if you have not been doing anything,
and gradually increase 10% per week.
2) Read the labels of all you eat, try to maintain your carbos and sugars intake under 30 g/day for one month, then 40 g on second month, finally 50 g on 3rd month.
