Answer:I assume you mean multiple sclerosis? What are you asking for, meds that help with symptoms, cures, what? There are no cures but there are lots of medicines (although not alternative) to treat the many symptoms.I do yoga to help with tightness.
The aspertame connection is yet to be proven but always a good idea to avoid anything your body can see as a poison which I personally think it is.Same goes for mercury dental fillings and many other things that have been fingered as a possible cause.
