Massage therapy is useful in treating migraines by encouraging the blood to flow to the extremities instead of creating pressure in the head. Make sure that if you have a migraine and are receivig treatment that you are not getting your head treated, this could worsen your symptoms. Hope this helps.
Yes. Headaches are caused by a number of reasons. The usual reason is constricted muscles in the scalp, neck and shoulders. Unfortunately, not migranes though. Migranes are caused by bilaterally unequal blood vessels in the cranium. This is what drugs like Imitrex target. Like the first lady said, massage does increase blood flow and could quite possibly be of some benifit. There is no disadvantage to it and it could help, so try it. Maybe you'll find that it's muscular headaches you've been having all along.
Try a supplement marketed thru MLM. You can write me at jade_flowershop@yahoo.com about it.

Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
