Migrains and massage therapy

ive had migrans since i was like 11 i am now 21 other than the medicin that my doctors over the years gave me which really didnt help all that much i was wondering if anyone had any like with massage therapy i hear it was affective for some

sub question did anyone have any other ways to get rid of them the doc only helped me with the medicine i am open for suggestions
