Neuro Linquistic Programming is apparantly a new way to treat patients with ME. Has anyone ever had it and does it work, and how does it work?
Answer:I have studied NLP a bit, and I am not impressed with it at all.
NLP deals with the negative self talk that goes on in the mind. There are other more practical approaches to changing the way a person thinks consciously and subconsciously.

Tricky...I am a Master Practitioner of NLP....I also had ME for 10 years. It depends how good the practictioner is and if you know why you have ME....or whether they can help you get to the cause of ME. It could possibly help with the depression, and certainly with the negative self talk. If you are in pain, then it probably wont help. I have a ME client now and use EFT on her. Sometimes she has good days.
