Knees help
Hi. I have had physiotherapy on my knees about 3 years ago but still get occassional achiness. I think it had something to do with a muscle/ligament being pulled out of alignment (I really cant rememeber properly!) I have out on some weight recently and I think this is accentuated the problem. I have started to loose the weight again, but what I would like to know if there is a natural suppliment I can take to help untill I have lost some more weight. My doctor always tells me to take Ibroprofen but I dont wanna keep doing that. Can someone reccommend an alternantive?? Does cod liver oil really work??!!!!!!
Answer:i have trouble with my knees and have had years of physio...i take glucosamine sulphate from www.healthspan.co.uk as it is alot cheaper than getting it from shops and chemist etc. Its recomended you take 1500mg a day i think.
cod liver oil does work. gluclosamine ( from boots the chemist) in fact if you go into any big chemist they will stock a whole range of things that can help. either check the shelves or ask the pharmacist. hope it feels better soon.
Try Wobenzym. It is expensive but absolutely worth it. My husband has no ACL in his right knee. His knee used to go out all the time until he starte taking Wobenzym regularly. It's all natural, enzyme based. It will just make you feel better as a whole. It takes the swelling down and strengthen's your whole body.
