There are some people who say that St. John's wort helps, but I really think that you should speak to a doctor. If you would rather do other therapies, try counseling and biofeedback.
st john`s wart is very good. holland and barratt.
Watch any programme like Pop Idol or Big Brother. When I see retarded scum like that, I can't help but feel better about myself.
St. John's wort is effective. Also, try controlling negative thoughts. When one comes into your head, imagine a computer with "negative" on it, mentally hit "erase" and imagine a pretty view in its place, such as a beach or a forest or a lake.
Taking care of you physical wellbeing can be tremendously helpful in treating your mental health too. Make sure you are eating you 5 portions of fruit and veg a day (that's about half a kilo or 1lb in weight) also drink your litre and a half of water. Avoid too much caffine and take regular exercise. The problem when you are feeling low is motivating yourself to do this, that's probably the hardest part, but try and focus on how much better you will feel.
