Im never hungry I eat about 2 meals a day, lunch & dinner and plus I have a really high metabolism which makes it worse and I wanted to know if there was anything that would help me become more hungry? thanks
Answer:are you losing excessive amts of weight? is it causing you harm? if not then try drinking high calorie supplements like ensure. these will help you gain weight fast. if this is a health concern then see your doctor. some meds such as megace are given to pts with cancer and anorexia to stimulate hunger. but i would try the easy way first. i wish i had that problem
Talk to your doctor, there's a medication called megace that increases appetite, but you need a doctor to give you a prescription. Also, do you need to eat more? , Ae you too thin, or unhealthy because of your lack of appetite. Please see a doctor.
Depends on where you live. THE gold standard is MJ, if it is legal where you are. If it's not, there is a very expensive pill version of it called Marinol.
I am the same way. Oddly, I have found that if I eat first thing in the morning I am hungry all day. I don't know any supplements that will increase appetite. Mostly the focus is on weight loss.
