My Massage theropist told me about ESSENCE OF PEPPERMINT OIL. It must be the essence of.... You put a few drops on your finger and rub it into each of your temples. I used an average of 4 drops per temple. I was shocked at how much relief there was in a matter of minutes. One other thing that she did was to rub my big toe on the inside. I couldn't believe it. Try either big toe. Rub it hard. I can't explain it but it shure worked on me.

I use Head-On. It is a stick (kinda like a large chapstick) that you apply on your forehead. I tried it and it actually worked. I am not a fan of meds either, so this was a welcome relief of my headaches.

have you tried FeverFew?? I use brand name MygraFew which is a once a day feverfew, tablet. There are also chewable Hyland products for headaches. Good luck.
