No, you should have no issues. Apple cider vinegar is a food not a drug so there will be no interaction. apple cider vinegar has many health benefits, lowering your cholesterol being one. After taking it for a while i would go get your cholesterol checked, you maybe able to lower your dosage. My FIL was able to do this.
I dont' know how you take your vinegar, but it's very important to buy it "raw" and I drink mine three times a day, 1 tsp of vin and 1 tsp of raw honey in 8oz of water , it's a wonderful pick me up and helps disgestion.
