I would ask a naturopath before you do that. They will know if you can actually combine the 2. The newest and most well received serotonin supplement is called 5-htp and it has a higher success rate than Same....make sure you talk to a naturopath, they'll be able to guide you in the right direction. You want to be sure that SaMe doesn't create an adverse reaction. Good luck to you.
