I need to use 1 tsp garlic juice for an Ayurvedic medicine How can I do this

The problem is in extracting such a small quantity everyday. 1 tsp should be taken fresh for this medicine. But no matter how much I ground it and squezed it through the sieve, nothing came out. Is there any extractor that I can use for this purpose?
Answer:yes it is quite tough job.all that you can do is crush 50 gms of raw garlic and filter for the juice.if any thing is leftover keep it in a fridge and use it the next day.the easiest thing to do is to buy garlic pearls available in the market and squeeze out the required quantity from the capsules.it is 100% hygienic
buy it in capsule form if available.
otherwise use the garlic directly.
