Just curious...used to be a CMT, but has long since expired..was wondering what the process was now,
Answer:I'm in So-Cal and for a City business license in my area, they require 300 hours from a certified massage therapy school to work in a licensed establishment or 500 hours from a certified school to perform outcalls or operate an establishment. I am also a former CMT and recently looked into the requirements. If you go to your City's gov website, they should have a form, etc. that explains specifics for massage. Good luck!
