i take water in my mouth and then i put the pill in and i swallow that way you dont feel the pill going down it is the best way unless you want to take the time and crush them up that is a real pain in the ***

I find it very difficult to take tablets

If using water then ensure you swallow a few mouthfuls first...put the tablet in then take a big mouthful and swallow

my preference for taking tablets though is to have something to eat and once the mouthful is chewed and ready for swallow pop the tablet in and swallow ... I find this much easier than with water and never get that stuck in the throat feeling/pain that I sometimes get if using water.

if they are in capsule form you can open them up put it in some juice and drink it. the reason you dont want to put it in water is because the taste is probably terrible. of course, if it is a pill you can chop it up and do the same thing.

You can swallow pills with no problem. Think of your favorite food. Can you swallow large protions of your favorite food with no effort? Pills can go down just as easily. Just think of your favorite food and use the same method of swallowing. It helps to use some water to make the action easier. Can you gulp down a mouthfull of water when your really thirsty? You can do the same with pills.
