Answer:I'd try to crack the windows overnight, and spray something in there, if it's too cold then i guess just spray some febreez and hope that smell doesn't give you a headache
Stop smoking it, then you don't have no worry...
open all of your windows and febreze it like there's no tomorrow. then maybe don't smoke in the car anymore...when i was in high school, we'd take a cardboard paper towel roll and stuff dryer sheets in one end and blow the smoke through that.
