Huang Ti (yellow emperor) developed Ba Duan Jin Qigong to keep his military healthy.

It is a regimen of eight exercizes that regulates the flow of ch'i in the entire body.

Here is the west Ba Duan Jin is often called 8 peices of brocade.

To the Taoists the number 8 was very important; so Huang Ti developed a set of 8 exercizes to rebuild all of the meridians and ch'i vessels. to help keep prana and chi in good order you should regularly do pranayama or practice deep breathing techniques for atleast 20 minutes to 1 hour every day.

Meditate for atleast 20 mins.

Eat light breakfast and Saatvik food. Saatvik fiood is the fresh, healthy vegetarian food. It excludes eggs and fish too.

Keep your thoughts clear. Keep your space clear. that mean keeping your house, room and office in order. Dispose things that are not needed.

Walk in the park atleast 3 times a day.

Laugh whenever possible.


I agree with Rev. Two Bears, once again. A regular regimen of Chi Kung, Tai Chi or one of the other "internal" arts.
