This is an old remedy handed down by my grandmother. My mother made me use it when I was 16yrs.old and suffering so bad from sinus that I was choking from it. We did it every day, night and morning for a week. I've never suffered from sinus since, and I am now 63 yrs old. Take a cup of warm water with half a teaspoon of salt and sniff up your nostrils, one at a time, and spit out through your mouth what comes out. It's revolting to have to do it, but it was worth it to me to be clear of it.

Yes I know this is a problem, Antibiotics are usually prescribed, but in the long run they do not cure sinusitis, the other option is sinus surgery, and there as well. there are reports of recurrences.
